  • Designing and developing marketing collateral
  • Creating and delivering complex presentations to executive decision-makers

Before accepting his position at Hilliard & Shadowen, Mr. Garos served as a Director of Product and Solutions Marketing, assisting in planning overall marketing strategy and setting up a Market Research and Competitive Intelligence program. He was also a Global Marketing Manager and Customer Intelligence Manager, developing and exploring hypotheses on market forecasting and strategies, and managing a specific five-year forecast analysis team.

Mr. Garos has designed, written and taught technical training courses, which included researching and analyzing new products, managing a Development Lab, and training other course designers and instructors on the latest technologies.

Mr. Garos earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, with concentrations in Marketing and International Business, as well as a Master’s in Education from Texas Tech University.

In giving back to the community, Mr. Garos’ proudest volunteer achievement was organizing and leading a Model United Nations conference at Southern Methodist University in Dallas for high school students, who debated and passed mock resolutions in the true spirit of global collaboration.

In his spare time, Mr. Garos still enjoys hitting the occasional tennis ball. In his youth he represented his native country of the Netherlands in international competitions and played college tennis in the United States.
