Sean Nation has been litigating complex claims for nearly a decade with an emphasis on protecting the public from harmful corporate practices.
Before joining Hilliard & Shadowen, Mr. Nation worked at a national class action firm representing consumers and institutional investors. He also brings significant patent litigation experience to the firm. His experience in complex litigation involves all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation of claims through jury trial and appeal. He has had significant involvement in a variety of matters, including discovery, briefing, class certification and trial preparation for:

Mr. Nation obtained his law degree from New York University School of Law where he was Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Liberty. He graduated from Emory University, magna cum laude, with a degree in political science and history.
